What this site is
Procirel is an independent electronics engineering publication built around one idea: every tutorial is physically built, measured and verified before it is published. The name started as a working folder label, "practical circuits and reliable electronics", and the mission never outgrew the folder.

Eight structured tracks, each anchored by a complete pillar guide with a live index:

Who writes it
Guides are written and verified by Oliver Adam, M.S. Electronics (Power Systems), supported by the review workflow documented on the editorial team page. The full biography, credentials and article index live on the author page; the short version is an engineer who would rather measure than assume and built this site so readers could tell the difference.
How it makes money
Currently, modestly, through clearly labelled advertising placements. No sponsored tutorials, no affiliate parts lists, no paid placements dressed as reviews, and no paywall on any guide or tool. If that ever changes, it changes loudly, not quietly.
The promises, in writing
